We are a membership organization for providers and patients, and the certifying body of Certified Patient Centered Providers of health care.

How We Can Partner With You
Civility Mutual will provide you with “pre-qualified” physicians under a licensing agreement per physician. We also will provide certified physician results on an annual basis, including:
- eTrax Patient Satisfaction results
- Provider Effectiveness Assessment results
- E-learning completion results (80% minimum requirement)
In return, our insurance partners will provide premium credits to qualified physicians.
