The goal of Civility Mutual is to enhance the provider-patient relationship by providing tools to promote more effective communication and more positive health care outcomes.  We are a membership organization for providers and patients, and the certifying body of Certified Patient Centered Providers of health care.

  • 70 – 80% of medical malpractice claims can be attributed to failures in communication or interpersonal skills
  • As of June 2006, 3835 events have been reported to JCAHO, of which 73% resulted in patient death and 10% loss in function.

How We Can Partner With You
Civility Mutual will provide you with “pre-qualified” physicians under a licensing agreement per physician.  We also will provide certified physician results on an annual basis, including:

  • eTrax Patient Satisfaction results
  • Provider Effectiveness Assessment results
  • E-learning completion results (80% minimum requirement)

In return, our insurance partners will provide premium credits to qualified physicians.
