Powerful Messages in Small Packages
In addition to our extensive literature offerings to Members, Civility Mutual has produced a variety of powerful videos for helping our Members clearly see the importance of civility in healthcare. Using video from diverse sources for the purpose of educating our Members, Civility Mutual is able to illustrate incredibly effective- and some not-so-effective- behaviors of physicians.
